PhotoSpin boosts its photo and font collection … FontShop International unveils new font foundries … Teacup Software adds table updates for InDesign CS2 compatibility.

Two vendors have announced expansion of their font and graphic image collections, while Teacup Software has released an upgraded plug-in for compatibility with Adobe InDesign CS2.

  • PhotoSpin Boosts Photo and Font Collection

    Los Angeles, Calif.-based PhotoSpin Inc. has added eight new volumes of photos and illustrations and five new font families for subscribers to its royalty-free content site for graphic designers and publishers.

    The collections added include Fresh Cut Flowers, Flowers in Vases and Bride Side, which includes wedding-related images.

    PhotoSpin also boosted its font offerings with the addition of five new fonts: Pakenham, Sloe Gin Rickey, Zupiter, Primer Print and Street Cred.

    PhotoSpin has over 100,000 photographs, illustrations, video clips, sound files and fonts available on its site, according to the company.

  • FontShop International Unveils New Font Foundries

    San Francisco, Calif.-based FontShop International has expanded its font collection and added MVB Fonts, Process Type Foundry and Wiescher Design Fonts.

    MVB Fonts come from type designer Mark Van Bronkhurst and can be found here.

    The Process Type Foundry collection can be found here.

    Wiescher Design fonts come from Gert Wiescher of Germany and can be found here.

  • Teacup Software Adds Table Updates for InDesign CS2 Compatibility

    Earlier this week, New York, N.Y.-based Teacup Software Inc. announced the release of TableStyles and CellStyle 1.1 plug-ins. The free updates were released to support InDesign CS2's snippet feature, and provide support for InDesign's INX format, according to the company.

    In addition, Teacup enhanced the "scriptability" features to enable users to more easily modify table styles and cell styles within AppleScripts, JavaScripts or Visual Basic scripts.

    TableStyles and CellStyles 1.1 are sold together and can be purchased for $99.95. The update is free for existing users of version 1.0.
