Enterprise 8 offers key new features, including Do-Not-Call law compliance and Outlook integration.
Maximizer added a host of productivity enhancements to the latest version
of its Maximizer Enterprise CRM software, including support for Do-Not-Call
legislation and tighter Outlook integration.
Maximizer Enterprise is CRM software aimed at small and midsize
enterprises. The new version, Enterprise 8, is designed to provide those
organizations with robust CRM features at an affordable price, the company
said.
“Maximizer Enterprise 8 is designed to deliver the lowest total cost of
ownership to customers and provides enterprise-level functionality for sales,
marketing, customer service and support,” said Tom Bennett, co-president and
chief technology officer, at Maximizer. “We are giving small to medium-sized
enterprises what they need to succeed for a reasonable price.”
Bennett said the new version is now better equipped to help organizations
more easily comply with the new Do-Not-Call and anti-spam legislation. This is
accomplished via improved list and campaign management, including the ability to
manage opt-in and opt-out lists, as well as via a new “do not solicit”
function.
It also offers advanced Microsoft Outlook integration that lets users
more easily manage contacts, e-mail and appointments between Maximizer
Enterprise and Outlook, the company said.
Enterprise 8 also includes new workflow automation, including the ability
to set thresholds and send alerts to sales managers, as well as automatically
create and assign a service case when an e-mail is received at a company’s
support Web site.
The new version also includes a direct link with QuickBooks, and a
version of Crystal Reports.
Available now, Maximizer Enterprise 8 starts at $489 per seat.
