NuMarkets said the new tool, called Simple Software, offers greater efficiencies in core operations and higher levels of customer service, providing increased productivity, speed and flexibility, the company said.

The NuMarkets franchise selling and shipping centers focus on four main functions: greeting the public, processing items, warehousing items until sold, and packing and shipping items. NuMarkets supports the franchise operations through its Centralized Commerce Support Center. The company's Commerce Service provides for all technology uploads, eBay posting, customer inquiries, checkout, payment processing, order fulfillment, metrics and reporting, consignor payment, quality measurements and control from a centralized center.

NuMarkets said the Simple Software enables NuMarkets Selling and Shipping Centers tools and processes to run a full eBay consignment business. Highlighted functionality includes Automated Image Capture, Bar Coded Inventory Management and warehousing, Production of Auction Listings, Autowriter Knowledge base for automated script generation, batch listings for multi locations, automated PayPal extraction to order fulfillment, consigner sales reporting and payment, financial and accounting reporting, productivity management tools and Centralized Commerce Support Services.
