Intraware Inc. provides electronic
software delivery and management services and tools to track and manage
software, licenses and other digital content. Intraware currently has over 45
subscribers to its SubscribeNet service, including high profile names such
as PeopleSoft (now Oracle), Mentor Graphics Corporation, Mapics
Inc., activePDF Inc., Primavera Systems Inc. and Kenai Systems Inc. activePDF
will utilize Intraware's SubscribeNet service to provide online delivery of its
software and licenses to customers and for internally managing its software
applications delivery and related business processes.
