Advanced CD-based training is designed to help current CorelDRAW users get the most from the latest version’s new features.

lynda.com released "Advanced CorelDRAW 12" with Mark Swift, a CD-based tutorial aimed at showing designers how to use the more advanced features of Corel’s latest drawing tool.

Lynda.com said the tutorial is aimed at users who have already watched the initial training CD – “Getting Started with CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 12” – which comes packaged with the drawing software. “Advanced CorelDRAW 12” is designed to give those users a more in-depth look at the software.

For example, users will learn about all of the new tools unique to Version 12, including the artistic media tool, the lens docker and the interactive blend tool, the company said. They will also learn how to perform advanced tasks such as working with artistic text, recording and editing macros, working with PDFs and customizing the interface.

The tutorial is available now for both Mac and Windows and costs $99.95.
