Customers will have access to photos and video clips from Playboy's vast archives.

today announced an agreement to expand content distribution via wireless in
Spain and Portugal. 1633SA will offer Playboy's content to mobile devices
through wireless networks. Wireless customers will not only have the option to
download wallpaper images, MMS content and wireless games using Playboy's unique
content but also will have access to still photos and video clips from Playboy's
vast archives.
"We are thrilled with the success of our
wireless service in France and the results we have seen give us the confidence
to roll out this service to Spain and Portugal," said Randy Nicolau, president
of Playboy Online. "We believe there is a huge opportunity in the wireless arena
and we will continue to focus our efforts on international
expansion."

France has been tremendous and as a result, the product is distributed via all

the growing popularity of this product, we think now is a perfect time to expand
this offering to wireless users in additional countries."
With the addition of Spain and Portugal, Playboy
is now offering wireless entertainment services through licensees in 15
countries around the globe including: Germany, the United Kingdom, France,
Italy, Hong Kong, Australia and Brazil. The Company is planning to announce a
wireless distribution deal in the United States by
year-end.
