Most active and avid user community; subscribers can trade playlists and discuss the latest Britney miscue on genre-specific message boards. Preprogrammed playlists from knowledgeable site editors are amazing; Rhapsody to Go is the least complicated service for transferring music to MP3 players. CONS At press time the service was still operating in beta and was prone to error messages; navigation is a bit sluggish; available for Windows 2000 and XP only. Pricey; portable music service is difficult to operate, making it tough to upload the new Beck album to players; Windows 2000 and XP only. Also pricey; busy interface and advanced search options can be overwhelming to newcomers; Windows 2000 and XP only. Service lacks editorial recommendations; site is a bit clunky and could use a redesign.
