Upgrade introduces new Coreflow for Payables solution.
Core3 Inc. announced
this week an upgrade to two of its service delivery tools, CoreCapture and
CoreFlowtools that enable Core3 to capture and manage the flow of data and
documents between client sites and Core3 service centers.
"The upgrade improved the process management capabilities by allowing
users to track work and see where it is in the process, and that helps clients
become more efficient," said Jannette Everette, director of marketing at Core3.
"Many companies are interested in imaging and workflow but can't make the
investment in these technologies, so they can turn to us to provide the
technology and services. We're seeing a tremendous need and interest for imaging
and workflow from companies."
Core3's CoreCapture data capturing tool utilizes document imaging and Web
forms. CoreCapture enables data capture at client sites or Core3 service centers
depending on process requirements. CoreFlow is Core3's workflow technology
designed to streamline, manage and monitor client processes by automating the
movement and management of work between client sites and Core3 service centers.
The CoreFlow and CoreCapture tools were developed in late 2002.
The upgrade also includes CoreFlow for Payables, an online purchase order
creation and approval solution that enables online receipt of goods and the
electronic matching of purchase orders, packing slips and scanned invoices.
CoreFlow for Payables helps control and streamline processes for companies that
may not have an online purchasing process.
"Our solution
provides insight and enhances control of the accounts payable process. We help
our clients increase quality, reduce cost and improve processing timeliness
throughout the entire purchase to pay process," said Chris Creaney, the
company's vice president of operations.
