Fontlab unveils SigMaker 2.0 for Mac OS X
Fontlab Ltd. on Monday released its digital typography utility Sigmaker 2.0, compatible for Mac OS X systems.
SigMaker 2.0 enables users to add signatures or other graphics to a TrueType font, according to the company. The company also added a user-friendly workflow panel to this version.

Trix Systems ships TracTrix 5.0
Trix Systems Inc. on Monday announced the latest version of its TracTrix 5.0 raster conversion software, primarily used for CAD file conversion.
The company said the new version has improved color handling and can now open AutoCAD files for conversion to PDF or raster.
A single user license is priced at $695, with an upgrade license priced at $210.

ABSoft releases Neat Image 5.0 for Windows
ABSoft has released Neat Image 5.0 for Windows, its noise reduction tool for refining and correcting digital photographs.
According to the company, the latest release includes enhancements to image quality control tools. It also optimizes the algorithms the tool uses to identify noise reduction areas.
The solution can be used as a Photoshop plug-in or as a stand-alone application.
