Recent product announcements aimed at professional content creation and image control and correction include Helicon releasing Helicon Filter Pro v3.0; PixelGenius updating Adobe Photoshop Creative Suite 2 plug-ins; KlearVision making Photo-D Pro I auto correction software available; and Firewheel Design and IconBuffet unveiling a Kyoto stock icon collection.

  • Helicon Releases Filter Pro 3.0 for Windows

    Helicon Co. on Thursday released Helicon Filter Pro v.3.0, the latest version of its image-processing tool.

    Helicon Filter Pro Version 3.0 includes a PS plug-in and is priced at $49.95 for unlimited free updates or $19.95 for a one-year license.

    The company also offers a free, basic version of the Helicon Filter.

  • PixelGenius Updates Adobe Photoshop CS2 Plug-Ins

    PixelGenius LLC on Thursday announced it has updated its plug-ins, PhotoKit, PhotoKit Color and PhotoKit Sharpener, for compatibility with Adobe Photoshop Creative Suite 2.

    All three plug-ins are used for enhancing digital images.

    The updates for the plug-ins are free for all registered users and can be downloaded here.

  • KlearVision's Photo-D Pro I Auto-Correction Software Available

    KlearVision Digital Ltd. on Thursday announced the availability of its auto-correction software, Photo-D Pro I, for electronic download.

    Photo-D Pro I is priced at $499 and enables professional image control processing. It also lets users customize their image processing preferences through a preferences window including white balance, color, hues, print size and resolution of images.

  • Firewheel Design, IconBuffet Release Kyoto Stock Icon Collection

    Firewheel Design and IconBuffet on Thursday introduced the Kyoto stock icon collection for graphic Web designers and developers.

    The collection includes 64 new icons and costs $139.
