Stone Design releases iMaginator 1.1 ... WoodWing Software adds compatibility for Adobe CS2 InDesign and InCopy ... Automated Workflows announces Automator actions for QuarkXPress

Recent announcements in the digital publishing arena targeted at workflow automation, Adobe CS2 compatibility and image editing include: Stone Design boosting filter offerings; WoodWing Software releasing Smart Styles 4.0 for Adobe CS2; Automated Workflows targeting workflow automation for desktop publishing.

Stone Design releases iMaginator 1.1

On Wednesday Stone Design Corp. updated its image processing application iMaginator for Mac OS X 10.4 compatibility.

The iMaginator 1.1 release also included additional filters for adding image effects.

iMaginator 1.1 is priced at $49 with free updates for the life of the purchase.

WoodWing Software adds compatibility for Adobe CS2 InDesign and InCopy

WoodWing Software on Wednesday released Smart Styles 4.0, an updated version of its automated styling solution now with compatibility for Adobe's Creative Suite 2.

The company said version 4.0 also supports CS2's frame-based grids and object styles.

Automated Workflows announces Automator actions for QuarkXPress

Automated Workflows LLC has released Automator actions for users of QuarkXPress.

Using the Quark Automator actions, users can place text and images in Quark documents as well as apply Quark box names, said the company.
