Multimedia
communications firm, ON24, Inc. has unveiled the latest iteration of its
enterprise self-publishing platform, Webcast Center.
ON24’s
Web-based and firewall-friendly tool suite is customized for enterprise,
financial services, healthcare, and government verticals and is used to webcast
events such as product launches, training sessions, roadshows and conferences.
ON24’s platform customers include Merrill Lynch, HP and NCAA. Using the tool,
webcast and Web conferences can be enabled within the same event.
Taking customer suggestions into
consideration, San Francisco-based ON24 has updated the WebcastCenter to enable
customization and branding of templates for audience interfaces, delivery of
desktop applications without the need for download, as well as delivery of
webcasts in multiple languages. Corporate presenters can also use their own
interface designs with the system, perform post-event editing and “Click of a
Button” conversion to CD.
“The
WebcastCenter was built and continues to grow through direct customer feedback,”
comments Michael Nelson, senior manager, marketing at ON24. “We listen to our
customers and update accordingly.”The initial iteration of Webcast Center was
released in July of 2002.
