Companies team up to ease migration from paper-based to electronic document workflows.
Relizon and Cardiff announced that they
are teaming up to integrate Cardiff’s eForms technology into Relizon’s business
process design and management services.
The move promises to ease the
transition from paper to electronic workflows for Relizon’s customers, while
increasing the efficiencies of their document management systems, the companies
said.
Cardiff’s LiquidOffice
eForm technology will be integrated into Relizon’s services, adding critical
document and forms management. This is because LiquidOffice lets users create, deploy and manage the routing, tracking and
approval processes for electronic forms. It uses industry standard formats, such
as XML, HTML and PDF, to ensure users can easily link up with database, ERP,
accounting and back-office applications.
"Customers are turning to Relizon to
implement best practice processes in document management," said Timothy
Schriner, president of Relizon’s U.S. Business Communications Group. "An
essential ingredient for the document management process will be the migration
from print to electronic workflow, and aligning ourselves with Cardiff provides
our customers with the most advanced Web-based document-automation
capability."
