Members of the Klipmart Inside Publisher Program will get discounts and avoid set-up fees.

Klipmart, an online video-streaming provider for advertisers and companies, has launched the Klipmart Inside Publisher Program, which offers affiliated publishers discounted pricing, Klipmart consulting services and elimination of set-up fees.

KIPP also comes with one-rate CPM pricing for publishers across select Klipmart Corp. video ad units, including Standard Klip-Ad and the company's proprietary Full Screen Experience, which enables advertisers to deliver full-screen content from standard in-page space.

"Compelling online video has become an essential part of an advertiser's overall brand and direct response strategy. Preferred pricing offered through our Inside Publisher network meets market demand in establishing a more cost-effective way to leverage the full benefits and features online video provides through Klipmart's product suite," said Rick Kleczkowski, vice president of strategic accounts for New York-based Klipmart.

Klipmart delivers streaming video impressions to publishers and networks, including America Online, Yahoo Inc. and Microsoft Corp.'s MSN, and is also the exclusive online video solution for several ad agencies, said the company.
